Early Voting begins on Saturday, April 12
Collier County, Fla. - April 9, 2014: Early Voting for the April 22 Special Primary Election begins on Saturday, April 12 and runs through Saturday, April 19, including Sunday, April 13. Polls will be open from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. at the following locations.
Library Headquarters – 2385 Orange Blossom Drive
Marco Island Library – 210 South Heathwood Drive
Norris Center at Cambier Park – 755 8th Avenue South
Supervisor of Elections Office – Government Complex, 3295 Tamiami Trail East
Voters must reside in US Congressional District 19 and must have registered in the Republican Party by March 24, 2014 in order to vote in this election. Registered voters planning to vote in person during Early Voting or on Election Day, will be asked to provide a valid photo/signature ID. Accepted forms of photo/signature ID are: a current Florida Driver’s License, DHSMV-issued Florida ID, US Passport, debit or credit card, military ID, student ID, retirement center ID, neighborhood association ID or public assistance ID. If the ID presented at the polls contains a photo, but no signature, the voter will be asked to provide an additional form of accepted ID with their signature. Voters without the proper ID will be allowed to vote a provisional ballot.
