Collier County, Fla.—December 21, 2017: The Collier County Supervisor of Elections office will begin to send Vote-by-Mail ballots Saturday, December 23, to overseas citizens eligible to vote in the City of Naples Election.
Vote-by-Mail ballots for all eligible domestic voters residing in the City of Naples city limits will begin to be mailed on January 2, 2018. The deadline to request a Vote-by-Mail ballot is 5 p.m. on January 31. Voted ballots must be physically returned (not just postmarked) to the Supervisor of Elections by 7 p.m. on Election Day, February 6, 2018. The United States Postal Service recommends that voters mail their voted ballots one week before the due date to account for any unforeseen events such as weather issues and to allow for timely receipt and processing by the elections office.
